Refund policy
- The MAC Affiliate Conference 2025 in Armenia (hereinafter referred to as the – “Conference”) will take place on May 20-21, 2025.
Conference registration deadline is May 19, 2025.
If you are not able to attend the Conference, you can transfer your ticket to another attendee or request for a refund in accordance with paragraph 1.3. The paid amount for a ticket can be left as a payment for a ticket to the same event that will take place within the 13 months, following the originally booked Conference (deposit payment).
- Requests to refund the payment amount, ticket transfer or deposit payment shall be made via email sales@affiliateconf.com of the Conference Organizers.
- Refund of payment amount will:
- not be processed if the Conference starts less than in 15 calendar days
- be processed in amount of 50% of the paid amount if the Conference starts less than in 30 calendar days
- be processed in amount of 100% of the paid amount if the Conference starts more than for 30 calendar days
Dear Customers, we inform you that when requesting a refund in case of refusal of the purchase, the refund is made exclusively to the same bank card from which the payment was made.
- The request for a deposit shall be sent in the order, set in the paragraph 1.2 of this Refund Policy, no later than 30 calendar days before the Conference will take place.
- The Organizer is not responsible for the proper fulfillment of this Refund Policy in case of the force majeure circumstances.
- The MAC Affiliate Conference 2025 in Armenia is not responsible for the expenses incurred due to a planned attendance of the Conference (including, but not limited to, trip and booking expenses) by any attendee.
- In case of the postponement of the event the MAC Affiliate Conference 2025 in Armenia shall refund the tickets in the amount of 100% of the paid amount within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of a refund notice and shall not pay any other expenses / damages incurred by the attendee. If there is no request from the participant, the ticket is automatically transferred and valid for the next event.
